Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike today received Vice President Yemi Osibanjo who was in Rivers State to commission a liquid waste treatment plant owned by African Circle Pollution Management Limited.
The plant which has taken over USD 8 million investment by African Circle Pollution Management Limited is done on a 20 year Build Operate and Transfer basis with the Federal Government.
The event also had in attendance Former Head of State General Abdulsalami Abubakar who is also the Chairman of the board of African Circle Management Limited, Governor of Niger State, Alahaji Sani, Vice Chairman of the board and Ex Governor of Ogun State, Chief Olusegun Osoba, Rear Admiral Festus Porbeni among other dignitaries.
