First State-owned Airline in Nigeria, "Ibom Air" about to Launch!!!!
Exclusive Reports has it that Akwa Ibom State is launching the first state owned airline with Three modern aircrafts. The fuel efficient CRJ900 series each of which can seat 78 to 90 passengers.
Here is a sneak peak of the air craft branded in orange which is Akwa Ibom state official color.
The aircrafts will be arriving Nigeria on or before Christmas. The State governor has announced that the Ibom Air will lunch scheduled commercial passenger services before the end of 2018.
Akwa Ibom state currently runs the only state owned airport with a category 2 runway in Nigeria. The airport runway is capable of handling the biggest aircraft in the world. And currently a second runway is under construction.
