She made the declaration when she ran into music star D’banj and his wife at a shopping mall.
In a video she posted to Instagram Story on Wednesday, the 34-year-old said she ran into her “brother shopping for his wife.”
When D’banj complimented her for having the “body of life”, Toke replied, “forget the body, emi na fe oko to ma gbe mi lo shopping (I want a husband that will take me shopping).
The singer then prayed that a husband will come along to take her shopping in 2019, to which she said: “he had better come”.
In recent time, TK, as she is fondly called by friends, has consistently reiterated she is lonely and wants a partner in her life.
