Report reaching Naija Views Now has it that, President Muhammadu Buhari has directed the Department of State Service, DSS to identify those opposition lawmakers who disgraced him at the national assembly during the 2019 budget presentation, Wednesday, 19 December, 2018. Visibly angry President Buhari while leaving NASS premises, immediately summoned the Director General of DSS, Yusuf Bichi to the villa.
We also gathered that the Economic and Financial Crime Commission, EFCC has been asked to be ready to move in on those that will be identified by DSS as the hecklers.
The few opposition lawmakers who spoke to our correspondent said they will not be intimidated by any undemocratic use of state security apparatus against them. While APC lawmakers are accusing The Senate President, Bukola Saraki, and the Speaker House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara of orchestrating what happened during the budget presentation just to embarrass the president.
